1. How can I book a room?
You can book directly through our website using the reservation form or contact us via WhatsApp. Once we receive your request, we will send a confirmation within 24 hours.
2. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following payment methods:
- 💳 Credit/Debit Card (Visa, Mastercard,Amex)
- 📲 PayPal
- 💰 Bank transfer
- 💵 Cash payment upon arrival (only for confirmed reservations)
3. Can I modify my reservation?
Yes, you can modify your reservation up to 7 days before arrival, subject to availability. Please contact us directly for any changes.
4. What are the check-in and check-out times?
- Check-in: From 2:00 PM
- Check-out: Before 11:00 AM
If you need an early check-in or late check-out, please inform us in advance (additional charges may apply).
5. What amenities are included in the room?
Each room is equipped with:

✅ Private bathroom
✅ Free Wi-Fi
✅ Air conditioning
6. Is housekeeping included?
Yes, cleaning service is provided every two days. Additional cleaning services can be requested for an extra fee.
7. Do you offer airport transfers?
Yes! We can arrange a private transfer from Zanzibar Airport. Contact us for rates and to book your transfer.
8. Are pets allowed?
Sorry, pets are not allowed in our accommodation.

📌 Cancellation & Refund Policy
✅ Free Cancellation
- You can cancel your reservation for free up to 7 days before your check-in date.
❌ Late Cancellation (less than 14 days before arrival)
- If you cancel within 14 days before your arrival, 50% of the total amount will be charged.
🚫 No-Show Policy
- If you do not show up without prior notice, 100% of the total amount will be charged.
🔄 Date Modifications
- You can modify your booking for free up to 14 days before arrival, subject to availability.
💰 Refunds
- If you made an online payment and are eligible for a refund, it will be processed within 7 business days via the original payment method.
